09.45 Visit Wat Yai Chaimongkon โ€“ you can see itโ€s giant Pagodas, built
to celebrate the kingโ€s single-handed victory on elephant back, in a battle during the time Ayutthaya was the capital of Thailand.
12.30 Lunch at a riverside restaurant.
13.15 Go on to see Wihan Pramongkohn Bophit, a large bronze cast of the Buddha which was originally Enshrined.
13.45 Wat Pra Si Sanphet โ€“ this is a most
outstanding monastery and it is located inside the Grand Palace compound, it was used as a residential palace but became a monastery in the reign of King Ramathibodi the
first.
