Day 1 : Depart Bangkok by air-conditioned but at 08.30 a.m. Arrive Chiang Mai in the evening and transfer to hotel.
Day 2 : After breakfast, visit Meo village and Wat Pra Thad Doi Suthep and Phuping Palace (open on Fri, Sat, Sun and public holiday only). Lunch at a restaurant. Afternoon visit Wat Chedi Luang (A.D.1411), where the Emerald Buddha was once enshrined, and destroy by the earthquake. Wat Phar Singh (A.D 1345) where a 1,500 years old Buddha image fine carvings are to be found is also visited. Drive through many different parts of the northern capital, passing residential area, handsome government buildings. Continue to Sankam paeng and Borsarng. See teakwood carving. Silk weaving, Lacquer ware, Silver ware and Umbrella making.
Day 3 : After breakfast, visit elephants at work in the jungle and later a beautiful Orchid Farm. Lunch at a restaurant. Leave Chiang Mai to Bangkok by air-conditioned bus at 7.00 p.m. Arrive Bangkok in the morning transfer to hotel.
