Day 1 : Depart Bangkok by air-conditioned but at 08.30 a.m. Arrive Chiang Mai in the evening and transfer to hotel.
Day 2 : After breakfast, visit Meo village and Wat Pra Thad Doi Suthep and Phuping Palace (open on Fri, Sat, Sun and public holiday only). Lunch at a restaurant. Afternoon visit Wat Chedi Luang (A.D.1411), where the Emerald Buddha was once enshrined, and destroy by the earthquake. Wat Phar Singh (A.D 1345) where a 1,500 years old Buddha image fine carvings are to be found is also visited. Drive through many different parts of the northern capital, passing residential area, handsome government buildings. Continue to Sankam paeng and Borsarng. See teakwood carving. Silk weaving, Lacquer ware, Silver ware and Umbrella making.
Day 3 : Leave Chiang Mai in the morning to Mae Hong Son by plane. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon take a boat trip on Pai River to see Long neck tribe overnight stay.
Day 4 : After breakfast, enjoy the natural beauty of Mae Hong Son jungles by riding on elephants for approx : 1.30 hrs. Lunch at hotel. Afternoon, visit Wat Phra Thad Doi Kong Moo on the top of the mountain where the scenic of Mae Hong Son city can be seen. After that visit Wat Phra Thad Jong Kam and Jong Klang. Overnight stay.
Day 5 : After Breakfast. At leisure until the time to transfer to Mae Hong Son airport. Leave Mae Hong Son for Chiang Mai by plane.
